    Armatix s Smart Gun Won  t Fire If Its Smartwatch Isn  t In

    The Armatix iP1 will not fire a single of its .22 caliber rounds unless its companion iW1 Active RFID Watch is in range, the gun will remain locked and won’t fire. The built-in RFID chip measures proximity, and when it senses the smartwatch, a green light on the grip pops up indicating that the gun, an Armatix iP1, has been automatically unlocked and can now be fired. RFID-enabled guns don’t come cheap. It’s $1,400 for the gun and yet another $400 for the watch.

    First Private Supersonic Jet replaces the windows with Live

    Spike Aerospace has developed a new private Supersonic Jet, have come up with a solution, instead of windows, their new jet will feature large display that will give passengers a live view of outside the plane. The S-512’s exterior will be lined with tiny cameras sending footage to thin, curved displays lining the interior walls of the fuselage. The result will be an unbroken panoramic view of the outside world. And if passengers want to sleep or distract themselves from ominous rainclouds, they can darken the screen or choose from an assortment of ambient images. Their new plane will hit a top speed of 1,370 mph (Mach 1.8) while carrying up to 18 passengers. The Spike Aerospace S-512 is expected to launch in December of 2018, and it will retail for a massive $80 million US dollars.

    Trimble TopoCharger converts an iPhone into an outdoor

    The TopoCharger turns your iPhone as an outdoor mapping GPS device, features a full set of color topographical maps for 49 US states with 15 zoom levels, from 1:250K to 1:24K. An accompanying app works with the maps to guide you through the wilderness. The map set is stored in a removable chip on the bottom of the TopoCharger case, instead of just offering the maps in card form, the way other outdoor GPS products are packaged, the TopoCharger case includes a 1,440 mAh auxiliary battery that is claimed to double the iPhone's battery life.

    Giant Hedgehog Installed in a London Park To Make New David Attenborough TV

    A Giant sculpture of a hedgehog was recently installed in London’s Clapham Common to mark the launch of the new David Attenborough TV series 'Natural Curiosities'. Standing at 7ft tall, 12ft long and 8ft wide. The huge structure took a team of artists two months to build at a workshop - where a team of sculptors crafted him from 2,000 soft wood spikes and fur made of willow and coconut fibers.
