From the video , it looks like it works pretty great (the app won't be available until 2015 though, the year true future stuff happens according to BTTF). PhotoMath explains:
"PhotoMath reads and solves mathematical expressions by using the camera of your mobile device in real time. It makes math easy and simple by educating users how to solve math problems."
It’s an application that scans an equation on paper by using your smartphone’s camera, and then proceeds to solve it instantly. Not only do you get your answer right away, you get a step-by-step breakdown of the solution. Still, if you’re curious about it, you can sign up to be notified when it’s ready for download.

1Million James Bond s Submarine Car For Sale On
Gear | Film
This is one of six (and one of only three remaining) modified Lotus Esprit submarine cars used in the filming of the 1977 James Bond Film 'The Spy Who Loved Me'. It's being sold on eBay for $1,000,000. Unfortunately, it's not Wet Nellie, the one they used that was an ACTUAL functioning submarine car (which was bought by Elon Musk in 2013 who plans to refurbish it using Tesla's electric drive-train). This one isn't even drivable, and was only used for the retractable wheels scene. So basically you're paying $1,000,000 for a giant white brick!

Paralysed man walks again after cell transplant
Gear | News
Darek Fidyka, who was paralysed from the chest down in a knife attack in 2010, can now walk using a frame.
The treatment, a world first, was carried out by surgeons in Poland in collaboration with scientists in London
.
Details of the research are published in the journal Cell Transplantation.
How the injury was treated
1) One of the patient's two olfactory bulbs was removed and the olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) were grown in culture
2) 100 micro injections of OECs were made above and below the damaged area of the spinal cord
3) Four strips of nerve tissue were placed across an 8mm gap in the spinal cord. The scientists believe the OECs acted as a pathway to stimulate the spinal cord cells to regenerate, using the nerve grafts as a bridge to cross the severed cord
