Besides the six restaurants, seven bars, dive shop, water sports center, retail boutique, library/lounge, theater, conference room, wedding chapel, nine-hole golf course, tennis courts, you can actually feed the fish when pushing a button from a control console. An elevator gets to transport guests under the sea to the 24 suites and the luxury apartment that all have a special interior window film for privacy, even if day light hours it's nearly impossible to look into the suits from underwater.     A screening room in the Montauk's house, designed by James Biber. The room was inspired by Radio City Music Hall and 2001: A Space Odyssey. This home theater, which takes up 350 square feet in a 1,500-square-foot basement, had to have soundproofing and dimmable lights, leather floors and cute beanbags. "and as in the Music Hall, the lights are positioned to glow away from the viewers - because we all hate to have lights in our eyes when watching the big screen." The project was previously featured in The New York Times.

    The Sin in Linen 2008 Pinup Calendar($15). Sin in Linen is a new line of adventurous linens and accessories, designed and founded by Northwest entrepreneur Sandy Glaze. Sin in Linen designs were influenced by 1940s and 1950s pin-up imagery and tattoo art. The designs were created to be a bit flirty -- not dirty! The calendar was shot by photographers Hurricane Lilly (of Rat City Rollergirls fame) and Rob Butler (aka RJB Photo).
