Top 10 Godless Cities In America
    Gear  |  Pic
According to a study out Wednesday from the American Bible Society, which conducted a study to find America's most Bible-minded cities - defined as a combination of how often study participants read the Bible and how accurate they think it is, reported TIME Magazine.
A random nationwide sample of more than 46,000 adults, queried through online interviews and telephone, showed that the Bible Belt is alive and well: Cities in Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Missouri and Louisiana are in the top 5 most Bible-minded, whereas cities on the East and West coast are at the bottom of the list.
The study also found an inverse correlation between the size of the city and "Bible friendliness," noting that "Of the top 25 Bible-minded markets, only three have a population of greater than 1 million households: Charlotte, N.C.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Dallas."
Here are the top and bottom 10 lists:
    The 10 Most Bible-Minded Cities
    Chattanooga, Tennessee
    Birmingham, Alabama
    Roanoke/Lynchburg, Virginia
    Springfield, Missouri

    Little Rock, Arkansas

    Knoxville, Tennessee

This visualization shows how global temperatures have risen from 1950 through the end of 2013.
NASA scientists say 2013 tied for the seventh warmest of any year since 1880, continuing a long-term trend of rising global temperatures. With the exception of 1998, the 10 warmest years in the 133-year record all have occurred since 2000, with 2010 and 2005 ranking as the hottest years on record.

It got so cold so quickly in this Norwegian bay that it froze a bunch of fish swimming in it. In the image above, taken by Ingolf Kristiansen from the tiny island of Lovund in central Norway, a dog stands on the frozen surface. “I've never seen anything like it. It has not happened before here as far as I know,” he told NRK, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation.
So, how cold is too cold? 17.96 degrees Farenheit, apparently. Though it was “only” -7.8°C (18 °F), a sharp eastern wind was enough to freeze a large quantity of fish in place. The below is image of a moose froze in a Norwegian body of water.

It sounds very strange and I now will wear it at all times."

    iWatch Concept
    Gear  |  Concept

Created by San Francisco-based professional interface designer Todd Hamilton, this new iWatch concept fuses the sleek design of the Nike FuelBand with the minimalist interface treatments of Apple's iOS 7.
Todd explains a little more about the inspiration behind his iWatch concept design:
“A few months ago Thomas Bogner posted an iWatch mockup on Dribbble that looked like a marriage between a Nike Fuelband and an iPhone. It was an impressive concept that got a lot of people excited including myself. However, it had a major flaw: the orientation of the interface made it impossible to use.
I had some free time over the holidays so I decided to take a stab at the problem and create a more user friendly concept. I wanted to retain a slim form factor like the Fuelband and incorporate familiar UI components from iOS 7. It needed to feel natural on the wrist and look like something Apple would actually produce.”

The Mug Sweater created by Nananowe who was first inspired by a beloved mug that was put out of commission due to a crack in its façade.
"My husband is a real coffee lover, and he has a cute big coffee mug. He drinks coffee from that mug every morning and every lunchtime. One day, his muggie friend got a little bit cracked. He kept Muggie on his desk as a pen-holder, but it looked a bit lonely to me. I was staring at it for a while, and started to wonder how I could make his Muggie happy again.
I made my mind up to knit a sweater for it! And that’s the story of how the first mug sweater was born. :-)"

Mug Sweaters are available in variety of colors and can be custom ordered via the the her Etsy Shop.
