Flexibler desgined by Liang-Hock Poh and Ming-Hung Lin. It’s basically an umbrella with a flexible, adjustable handle that you can bend and twist this way and that to stabilize it when you want to make it stand. Its handle is made from flexible metal on the inside and skid-proof rubber outside. Good idea! The Flexibler is a 2013 Red Dot Award: Design Concept winner.

Spike Aerospace has developed a new private Supersonic Jet, have come up with a solution, instead of windows, their new jet will feature large display that will give passengers a live view of outside the plane. The S-512’s exterior will be lined with tiny cameras sending footage to thin, curved displays lining the interior walls of the fuselage. The result will be an unbroken panoramic view of the outside world. And if passengers want to sleep or distract themselves from ominous rainclouds, they can darken the screen or choose from an assortment of ambient images. Their new plane will hit a top speed of 1,370 mph (Mach 1.8) while carrying up to 18 passengers. The Spike Aerospace S-512 is expected to launch in December of 2018, and it will retail for a massive $80 million US dollars.

Human Type, its a seven-character typeface released recently by design studio Kerozen. Created by JC Debroize, each letter is inspired by a particular member of the design team.
"We shot pictures of the letters and of the design team's faces. Then I made a mapping of skin textures on the letters with Photoshop and added the hair and the eyes. It was not a problem to show an unflattering image of us. We laughed a lot making this."

German artist Evelyn Brackow of La Philie creates these one-of-a-kind vintage porcelain dishes covered in hordes of hand-painted ants. (Order at La Philie's Etsy site)
"The idea for this work resulted from pure chance, when the sight of a carelessly placed plate – by then wandered by ants – fascinated me so much that I felt the urge to simply conserve this image. Fear, disgust, fascination and admiration: This very interplay of feelings constitutes the charm of the work. Furthermore, to me, the ants symbolize all the stories that any formerly discarded piece of porcelain carries with it. Where one once dined and drank, today ants bustle in ever new formations, every single one applied with a great love for detail."
