:D - I feel relief doing some works, for which I can't find time when internet is on ;)

repeadetly click refresh, restart the modem, check the settings even that I know the modem is fine, and the settings are not touched since forever. And grow a "nagging pit of dispair in my stcomach" Luckily I am to nervous to eat :D
