Trying to sleep while traveling in a seated position can cause the head to nod off or "surf". The Relax ALLY Travel Restband($39)  tries to offer a simple solution: just strap your head to the seat! It’s a simple strap that can be configured to attach to seat, and which will hold your head upright as you go to sleep. Good idea? I don't know.
