This solar powered hot air balloon, which is the latest work by Argentinian artist Tomàs Saraceno, is described as "59 Steps To Be On Air By Sun Power." The artist fabricated the structure of the air balloon with garbage bags, transparent tape, rope, bicycle wheels and other flotsam jetsam materials.
