| Along with the new iMac announced today Apple has also released the new super thiin Wired and Wireless Aluminum Keyboards ($50-$80). It make of anodized aluminum like the new iMac and have dedicated keys to adjust the monitor brightness, volume, drive eject, Expose and play/pause, with an incredibly thin design. |
| One of the two new keyboards is a wired version that is very thin and connects through USB. It's wider than the wireless version with a number pad on the right like a standard keyboard. It also has two USB 2.0 ports built into the little legs to connect any peripherals conveniently. The wired Apple keyboard is retailing for $49 and the wireless Bluetooth model is going for $79 through Apple. If you buy the wireless version just remember not to throw out all your existing keyboards too soon since you'll need them to set this new one up. |
