By Tsor Design’s Ori Levin, the Adhoc canoe weighs in at just 4.1 kg and can be collapsed into a backpack-sized package that’s easy to carry, made from carbon fiber for the hull and support struts, as well as aramid, a strong, light, heat-resistant synthetic fiber used in racing sails. And the canoe can be assembled in approximately five minutes.

Even on the link, he doesn't show it in the water. I doubt if this works. He does show a prototypeand its sinking. He is also sitting in the front of the canoe. Single canoeists sit in the back, You can't steer effectively from the front.
